Features
Sure Flow Cast Iron ASTM A126 Class B Gate Valves are Class 125 with Bronze Trim. The rising stem wedge gate meets MSS-SP70 specifications.
Gate Valves are designed to be either in a fully open or fully closed position. Throttling is not recommended. Providing full flow in the completely open position, a minimum pressure drop occurs. When throttling is required, a globe valve is preferred with a sacrifice of pressure drop.
The positive guiding motion of the Sure Flow Gate Valve allows the valve to be installed in any position in a pipeline, but it is suggested to install in the vertical position if possible.
The usage of Sure Flow Gate Valves is limitless in commercial and industrial applications of water, steam, gases and general piping. Gate Valves are not recommended for applications of slurry or abrasive service.
