Many of the custom fabricated products featured on the Sure Flow Equipment website are single units. They are big, well-engineered solutions to specific challenges featuring lots of working parts, but still appear to be one offs.
We wanted to feature a recent order we completed that features multiple products, because many of our custom engineered solutions feature multiple products in a variety of sizes and functions.
This order is a good case in point. It will be used for wastewater treatment.
The largest element of it is a 12-inch BW150LT, low temperature carbon steel fabricated basket strainer. It features raised face flanged inlet and outlets. These include a ¾ inch SW x NPT gate valve on the drain.
This unit includes an Ontario CRN and Spot Radiographic Testing (RT).
The order included five 10-inch FW150LT low temperature carbon steel fabricated Y strainers. They featured raised face flanged inlet and outlets. They also included ¾ inch SW x NPT gate valves on the drain. They also have an Ontario CRN.
A little more difficult to see in this photo below of the entire order ready to ship is the 3-inch FWT150 carbon steel fabricated Y strainer. It includes a raised face flanged inlet and outlet. It also has a ¾ inch SW x NPT gate valve on the drain. This unit includes an Ontario CRN. It will be utilized in low pressure steam service.
