September 2006 resulted in another record month of
shipments for Sure Flow and our backlog or, “work in progress list”
keeps growing. Last week we shipped out the first three of ten
total units we are fabricating for the Wanapum Dam. In the attached
picture, there are two units bolted together to allow for
simultaneous pressure testing. The units are 16″ x 20″ Dual Basket
Assemblies with an elephant trunk inlet, custom engineered by Sure
Flow for straining the cooling water for the ten 120,000 horsepower
turbine units at the Wanapum Dam on the Columbia River in
Washington State, U.S.A.
