Over the course of our many years, Sure Flow has
sponsored numerous local baseball, football, soccer, and, of
course, HOCKEY teams – and for that matter, also many charitable
fundraisers. Sure Flow is the major sponsor for the North York
Knights Minor Midgets AA Hockey Team. During the weekend of
November 15, 2008, I attended the Mississauga North Stars
Pre-Christmas Classic 2008 Minor Midget Hockey Tournament and
watched the North York Knights Minor Midgets AA team skate their
way to victory. I couldn’t believe the speed and quality of hockey
these young men exhibited. Hockey – Hockey has no 15-minute
intermissions – just steady playing; plus, the physical condition
of these young men is totally outstanding. And “kudos” to the
coaches and the referees – for their zero tolerance on fighting and
hitting from behind. Our Champions! They won the
tournament!
